Last updated August 21, 2026
ArdentLights LLC ("ArdentLights," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through ardentlights.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information We Collect
We collect information in two ways:
- Information you provide directly. When you submit our contact form, we collect the name, email address, company, and any message content you enter. This information is transmitted to and processed by our form provider, Formspree, and delivered to us by email.
- Information collected automatically. Like most websites, the Site uses cookies and similar technologies to understand how visitors use it. We use Google Analytics (GA4) to collect information such as pages visited, time on site, scroll depth, referring source, and general device/browser information. This data is aggregated and does not directly identify you by name.
Cookies
The Site displays a cookie notice on your first visit. If you accept, analytics cookies are set to help us understand site usage. You can decline or dismiss the notice, and you can clear or block cookies at any time through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may limit some site functionality but will not prevent you from reading content or submitting the contact form.
How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to inquiries submitted through the contact form
- Understand how visitors find and use the Site, so we can improve it
- Measure the performance of our content and marketing
- Maintain the security and proper functioning of the Site
We do not sell your personal information.
Third-Party Services
We share limited information with the following third-party services strictly to operate the Site:
- Google Analytics — website analytics. See Google's Privacy Policy. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
- Formspree — processes and delivers contact form submissions. See Formspree's Privacy Policy.
These providers may process data outside your country of residence. We do not otherwise share, rent, or sell your information to third parties.
Data Retention
We retain contact form submissions for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain business records, after which they are deleted or anonymized. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' standard retention settings.
