Built to live in the gap others avoid.
ArdentLights exists for one reason: to connect the strategy companies approve to the execution their teams can actually deliver. We do the unglamorous middle — and that's where growth is won.
Four convictions that shape every engagement.
Strategy is worthless until it ships.
A plan nobody executes is just expensive planning. We measure ourselves on what changes — not on what gets recommended.
The gap is a discipline, not a phase.
Strategy only becomes real when it is translated into decisions, ownership, rhythm, and action.
Fewer, sequenced priorities win.
Growth stalls under too many priorities at once. Clarity means choosing what matters now — and what can wait.
AI supplements judgment.
We modernize where it compounds advantage and resist change for its own sake. The decision stays human.
Rachelle McLure
Rachelle founded ArdentLights to solve a problem she kept seeing from the inside: brilliant strategy that never became execution, and busy execution that had quietly drifted from strategy.
“Big consultancies are too abstract. Tactical agencies are too narrow. The work that matters lives in between.”
Her view of the strategy-to-execution gap comes from experience, not theory. She began her career building software, then moved into operational leadership, scaling a delivery organization from 30 people to more than 1,200. She became a CMO, building the positioning, demand engine, sales alignment, and operating rhythm that supported a services firm through two private-equity raises.
Builder, then operator, then growth leader: she has stood on both sides of strategy and execution, which is why connecting boardroom intent to what a team can realistically deliver comes from experience rather than theory.
She started ArdentLights to do that work directly: as a senior operator in the room, not a deck delivered from a distance. The firm stays deliberately small and senior so the person who sets the strategy is the same person who helps execute it.
Let's talk about what's getting in the way of growth.
No pitch, no deck. One honest conversation about where strategy and execution have come apart in your business.
