The perspective behind the work

My career started in engineering — not marketing. I spent years solving complex problems in software, learning how complex systems connect and why they breakdown. That background shaped everything that came after. When I moved into leadership, I brought that instinct with me: look for what isn't connecting before assuming more effort will help.

Building marketing functions, leading transformation programs, and working alongside sales and delivery teams across global B2B organizations sharpened one insight above everything else.
